Main Street Middletown’s 4th Annual The Heat is On: 5K and Fun Run takes off on Saturday, July 28th.

Our 5K loop takes you through our 250 year-old historic downtown with awesome views to the Appalachian Mountains. For the new runner, this course has a balance of rolling hills and flat stretches through Middletown Park. For the avid runner, it is course that will challenge you to beat your personal 5K record. And everyone loves the downhill ending!
