BCMS Kids Cure 4 Cancer 5K/Fun Run

A group of energetic and ambitious young 8th graders decided to take on the project of creating, coordinating and running a 5K fundraising event to raise money for Kids Cancer Research.  They have been diligently working to do everything from establishing the dates, creating a course, submitting permits, contacting vendors and raising funds and advertising for this race.  This event will be held at Ballenger Creek Middle School on the morning of April 21, from 8 – 11am.  Students are planning an after race party with a DJ and bouncey toys as well as snacks.  Please bring your families and friends and come join us in a very worthy cause to raise funds for Children’s Cancer Research.
