I usually wait until Monday to send a decathlon reminder, but I am just so excited about the ICE CREAM SOCIAL with Bruster’s Ice Cream after this week’s main event, I can’t wait!

This is the last week for this summer’s decathlon, the event being the 1 mile, followed by the kids run and optional relay, Mystery Run – 4 runners; team chooses order of runners; distances determined by a random draw.
