A new version of routetility (https://sandbox.steeplechasers.org/training/running-routes/) was uploaded which adds two features: 1) you can set to full screen display of the map, 2) it shows your current location.
The first time you use it, it will say something line “steeplechasers.org wants to use your device’s location”. You need to allow this. You may need to reload the page for it to work.
I haven’t tested on iPhone, but it seems to work on android.
