Results have been posted for the Summer Decathlon 1000m race, held on July 5, 2023. This was the sixth in our Summer Decathlon series, which will run for the next 4 Wednesdays, until August 2. Meet at the Frederick High School track for this event, which is free for all Steeplechasers members. Races start at 6:30. Show up a little early to register. Next week is the 3000m event!
