The Lincoln Elementary School partnership with the Steeps and Rotary Club of Carroll Creek for the free after school program has grown beyond our expectations.  We currently have 61 children (2nd – 5th grades) in the program.  We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-5:00 to warm up, exercise, cool down, and have a snack/drink …
